Jeff, Irene, and their adult children Kayla and Kyle have called the Pacific Northwest home for the past 20 years. Before moving, Jeff Longaker owned a business in another state and has never looked back.
Jeff and Irene Longaker pride themselves on their dedication to their community and the people they serve. Jeff attended Inspection Training Association (ITA) and graduated with a home inspector certification. He passed the National Home Inspector Examination in 2006, has multiple certifications, and continually honing his expertise to best serve their clients.
After working in the industry for many years, continually expanding his knowledge, and growing his career, INSPECTPRO Home Inspections LLC was created. The company is based on Jeff’s 17+ years of home inspection experience throughout Northwestern Washington. INSPECTPRO’s specialties are single-family homes, townhouses, and condominium inspections.
A home inspector’s jobs is never done, and Jeff is committed to understanding and learning more about the environmental effects that can impact a home inspection.
